Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Renderha (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for professional and business use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Authentication is provided by Clerk. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Credits, plans & payments

The Service operates on credits and/or subscription plans described on our pricing page. New accounts may receive a starting credit allowance.
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices and credit amounts are set by us; you authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until cancelled.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed when you generate outputs.

4. Refunds & cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable. Contact billing@renderha.ai for billing issues.

5. Your content & acceptable use

You retain ownership of the images and materials you upload (“Input”) and the outputs you generate (“Output”), subject to the rights of underlying model providers. You grant us a limited license to process your Input and Output solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to all Input you submit.

You agree not to:

upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you lack the right to process;
upload others’ personal data without a lawful basis, or attempt facial recognition / biometric identification;
generate deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful content;
reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits of the Service;
resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

6. AI outputs

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on or distributing them. We make no warranty that Outputs are accurate, unique, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Renderha and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using and delete your account at any time from your account page.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renderha’s aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
